Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and carrier.
Orders usually arrive within up to 2/10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays or unforeseen delays.

Returns & Store Credit Policy

MOSZACI does not offer cash refunds.

If a return is approved, you will receive a MOSZACI store credit in the form of a voucher equal to the value of the returned item.

• No money will be refunded to your original payment method

• Store credit can be used on future MOSZACI purchases

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In accordance with European consumer law, defective items may be:
